At Adapt, community members organize local invasive plant removals and community planting days, inviting neighbors, friends, and fellow land stewards to join in. What might begin as one yard, park edge, or overlooked patch of land becomes a shared effort.
We provide the tools, guidance, and hands-on education — from plant identification and removal techniques to proper planting methods and long-term care. We also help spread the word and call in volunteers so no one is doing the work alone.
On removal days, we work together to clear invasive species and make space for renewal. On planting days, we restore that space with native plants, creating habitat for bees, butterflies, birds, and other wildlife.
These days are practical and powerful. Together, we build skills, strengthen community, and restore land — one shared effort at a time.
